New Print Job Feature Makes Product Drop-Offs Easier
At Screenplay, we’re always looking for ways to make ordering easier and reduce potential errors. Based on feedback from customers who personally deliver products to our facility, we’ve added a new Print Job feature to our online ordering system.
Customers can now open any job and print a convenient summary containing important order details, including:
- Purchase order number
- Job ID
- Target completion date
- Decoration method
- Product styles and colors
- Quantities by size
- Total quantity
The printed job summary can be used as a checklist to verify that the products being delivered match the information entered in our system. You can also attach the summary to your boxes or place it inside one of them, making it easier for our Receiving team to quickly identify and process your order.
How to Use the New Feature
- Sign in to the Screenplay ordering system.
- Open the job you want to print.
- Click the Print Job button.
- Review the job summary and select Print.
You can still place your purchase order on the box or shipping label as you have in the past. The new printable job summary simply provides another helpful way to confirm quantities, styles, dates, and other important information before dropping off your products.
